2. Description of Services & Non-Custodial Nature

Mainlayer provides non-custodial software that allows developers and autonomous agents to charge for services on the Solana blockchain. We do NOT touch, hold, or transmit funds. While we cannot technically block or reverse on-chain Solana transactions, we reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your Mainlayer dashboard account and API access if we suspect illicit activity. We disclaim all liability regarding the actions of individual agents in the economy.

4. "As-Is" No Guarantees (SLA)

The Mainlayer infrastructure is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We provide no Service Level Agreement (SLA) or guarantees regarding uptime, delivery, or success of on-chain operations.
